List Saved Templates

A template is a saved, reusable lead-list configuration, a strategy, geography, and optional filter overrides you can re-run on demand or attach a Monitor to. Templates are free to create and store; you're only billed when you actually build a list from one via /execute/ (pass the template's id as template_id) or when a Monitor delivers.
