$0.02 is the cost of one credit. Different services consume different credit amounts: Normal Skip Trace is 1 credit per hit ($0.02), Advanced Skip Trace is 2 credits ($0.04), Lead Builder rows are 5 credits each ($0.10), Parcel Trace is 5 credits per hit ($0.10), and DNC Scrubbing is 1 credit per phone ($0.02). One credit balance covers everything.

Purchased credits do not expire. Monthly plan credits are different: they are discounted commitment credits and reset each billing cycle.

It depends on the product. Skip Tracing, Property Lookup, and Parcel Trace charge only when we return contact info, misses cost zero. Lead Builder is different: it charges $0.10 per record delivered, regardless of whether skip trace finds contact data for that owner. The property data, propensity scores, and address are guaranteed on every record; skip-trace contacts (phones, emails) are best-effort and depend on data availability for that owner. If a Lead Builder filter returns zero properties, you spend zero credits. DNC Scrubbing charges $0.02 per phone checked regardless of result, since the check itself is the deliverable.

Normal Trace requires the property address and the owner's name as input, 1 credit per hit. Advanced Trace takes only the address and identifies the owner for you, then returns their contacts, 2 credits per hit. Both return phones, emails, and mailing address.

No. Every Lead Builder record includes five propensity scores (sell, refinance, roof, HVAC, solar) at no additional cost, they're built into the $0.10-per-record price. Each score returns the exact factors that fired so you can audit it; it is not a black-box rank.

TraceAI charges 1 credit ($0.02) per natural-language prompt-to-filter conversion when used directly via API. When used inside Lead Builder, the AI cost is rolled into the $0.10 per-record price, no separate AI fee.
